Sondering is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment for participants of all ages. To ensure a safe and intentional experience:

  • All participants 18 and over must register as a Catalyst or apply as a Creator to attend.
  • Minors under 18 may attend only when added to the registration of a parent or legal guardian.
  • If a minor wishes to participate as a Creator, they must apply separately, regardless of age.
  • IDs will be checked at the gate to confirm compliance, and a $50 registration fee per child applies.

While Mosaic upholds standards prohibiting graphic sexual content, gore, and hateful speech, it also embraces artistic expression, which may include nudity or complex themes. During the day, the gathering maintains a PG-rated atmosphere, but as the evening unfolds, the content may become more mature and thought-provoking. Parents are encouraged to consider their own comfort levels with the evolving nature of the experience after sundown.

By registering a minor, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges full responsibility for their child throughout Mosaic and agrees to these guidelines.

The Mosaic Gathering is a co-created experience, shaped entirely by its participants. It exists outside traditional festival structures, placing creativity, collaboration, and intentionality at its core. Each attendee plays a role in shaping the gathering, whether through art, performance, workshops, or simply by showing up with presence and engagement.

Mosaic is not a passive event; it’s an evolving experiment in community-driven creation, where every person contributes to the overall experience. Guided by the principles of transparency, collaboration, and shared intention, Mosaic fosters deep connections, personal growth, and an atmosphere of meaningful participation

Unlike conventional festivals, The Mosaic Gathering does not release a public schedule or lineup before the event. Instead, the experience unfolds organically, shaped by the contributions of Catalysts and Creators.

Workshops, performances, and art installations evolve up until the gates open, fostering an authentic and dynamic event. While some Creators may announce their contributions in advance, most offerings emerge in real time, allowing for deep engagement, exploration, and spontaneity.

Participants can engage as Catalysts, Creators, or Partners—each role contributing uniquely to the co-creative experience of Mosaic. For a more detailed explanation, visit the Participate page.

  • Catalysts bring their energy, creativity, and openness, with opportunities to contribute through spontaneous workshops, performances, or installations.
  • Creators submit planned offerings that require scheduled participation or coordination, such as workshops, performances, or art installations.
  • Partners collaborate with Mosaic to provide resources, funding, or services that align with the event’s mission.

If you’re planning to bring a car, RV, or any motorized vehicle to The Mosaic Gathering, you must purchase a vehicle pass during registration.

  • Standard Vehicle Pass: Required for all passenger vehicles.
  • RV Pass: Required for all RVs, travel trailers, and campers over 24 feet in length.
  • Motorized Personal Vehicles: Golf carts, UTVs, ATVs, and motorized scooters incur an additional $50 fee per vehicle.
  • Electric Bikes & Portable Devices: Allowed at no extra cost, but on-site charging will not be available.

All motorized traffic must not exceed 5 mph anywhere within the gates.

To ensure safety and environmental responsibility, open campfires are not permitted at The Mosaic Gathering. However, venue-managed communal fires will be available for gathering, warmth, and storytelling.

For cooking, only propane and electric stoves are allowed—charcoal and wood-burning stoves are prohibited. Cooking equipment must be used in designated areas or campsites and must be attended at all times.

Mosaic is a self-reliant, bring-your-own-everything event. Participants are expected to provide their own food and water for the entire gathering.

  • Communal meals, such as the Family Potluck, will be scheduled.
  • Licensed food vendors may be present, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • There will be no on-site drinking water—participants must bring at least 2 gallons per day per person.

No. To ensure participant safety and land stewardship, pets—including emotional support animals—are not permitted at Mosaic. Only registered service animals are allowed on the premises.

The Hypothesis Stage is a 100% community-run stage, providing an open platform for spontaneous performances, knowledge sharing, and creative expression. Whether you’re a musician, speaker, poet, or performer, you can claim a time slot to share your gifts with an audience of eager participants.

At The 2025 Mosaic Gathering, we’re refining the official schedule to create more intentional space for deep engagement. While the official lineup will be curated through Creator applications, the Hypothesis Stage remains an open invitation for anyone ready to step up and contribute.

Time slots are first-come, first-served and can only be claimed on-site—no pre-event sign-ups.
